Academy Senior Apartments

Horizon worked with a non-profit client to preserve a historic building that was originally constructed in 1882. The property was fully renovated in 1999 to include affordable and market rate apartments. The adaptive reuse project was financed with WHEDA bonds and was an excellent use of funds to reinvigorate the property for the client.
