CoCo Key – Clock Tower Resort

Horizon provided complete design assist services to construct a 40,000 square foot water resort addition to the Clock Tower Resort in Rockford, Illinois. The resort includes water slides, adventure river, play structure, indoor/outdoor spa, and authentic Key West theming, creating a unique experience for resort guests. In addition to the water resort project, Horizon managed a $4.9 million hotel renovation. The project included design and construction work in the hotel lobby, restaurant, meeting spaces and guest room areas. The overall project was delivered on time and on budget with Horizon managing several owner directed design changes.
