CoCo Key - Mount Laurel

Horizon provided complete design/build services to construct a 55,000 square foot water resort expansion.  The resort includes water slides, adventure river, play structure, indoor/outdoor spa, and authentic Key West theming.  The overall construction was completed on budget and was turned over 6 weeks ahead of the contract date.  This was the third project that was built on the east coast and was built with both non-union and union contractors.  Horizon managed intense picketing and protesting and still achieved early turnover at no expense to the owner.
