CoCo Key - Omaha

Horizon provided complete design assist services to construct a 44,000 square foot water resort addition and hotel renovation to the Holiday Inn – Omaha Central.  The resort includes water slides, adventure river, play structure, indoor/outdoor spa, and authentic Key West theming.  The resort and hotel renovation project was completed on time and on budget and $75,000 in project savings returned directly to the owner.  These savings were achieved by closely managing the design and construction budget throughout the design-build process.  Horizon also assisted on this project with site due diligence and entitlement services.  In 2008, the Coco Key Water Resort at the Holiday Inn Omaha was chosen by Aquatics International Magazine as a Dream Design Award Winner.
