CoCo Key - Waterbury

Horizon provided complete design/build services to construct a 55,000 square foot water resort addition to an existing Holiday Inn.  The resort includes water slides, adventure river, play structure, indoor/outdoor spa, and authentic Key West theming.  Construction was completed on time and under budget, with $332,000 project savings to the owner upon completion.    Horizon also assisted on this project with site due diligence and entitlement services.
