Horizon began working with Catholic Charities in 1999 and assisted with the entire master planning process for the community. A program was developed with a clear understanding of the client’s vision and goals and a project schedule was established for development of the property. Horizon’s design team assembled a master plan and led the property through a major re-zoning effort that was approved by the City of Madison. Horizon’s in-depth market research and development efforts allowed the 144-unit All Saints Retirement Center to break ground as the first building in this community. Piece by piece, the Cottages duplex homes, Hillside Estates condominiums, and most recently, All Saints Assisted Living, were added as essential components to this aging in place community. Through the entire process, Horizon’s development, design, financing, and construction expertise added tremendous value to the property and allowed the client to achieve their goals.
The All Saints Neighborhood offers many options for convenient and comfortable living. Residents 55 and better have access to independent apartments, spacious condominiums, luxurious duplex homes, and brand new assisted living and memory care residences. Conveniently located on Madison’s west side, the All Saints Neighborhood is close to retail stores, grocery shopping, healthcare facilities, restaurants, and the Bishop O’Connor Center. Residents at the All Saints Neighborhood participate regularly in community activities and enjoy the ability to age in place as their needs change. |
