The water resort addition to the Sheraton Cincinnati North is an indoor, tropical getaway. Equipped with twisting water slides, an adventure river, large play structure, indoor/outdoor spa and other aquatic attractions, the facility is a destination for all ages. The water resort also features a large arcade, several party rooms and a themed lounge area. The entire space was designed to emulate historic Key West, Florida and provides a relaxing, cost-effective escape for families near and far. Horizon coordinated the entire design and construction process, including architectural, engineering, aquatics and theming to build the one-of-a-kind resort. Horizon also assisted with site due diligence and project entitlement services.

In addition to the water resort project, Horizon managed a $4 million renovation to the adjacent Hamilton Inn hotel. The project included design and construction work in the hotel lobby, meeting spaces and guest rooms.
