Project Description:

The Design Mart retail building was designed as a one-stop shopping experience for consumers interested in high-end home finishing products and services.  Three showrooms feature different product segments and are connected at the building center.  The project is ideally located off the busy I-94 corridor in Delafield and was completed on-time and on-budget.  Horizon worked closely with the owner to coordinate all aspects of the project, including design, entitlement, financing, construction, and all ownership/organizational documents.
