When Gander Mountain wanted to upgrade their Wausau retail facility, they came to Horizon to design, build, develop and own this new location. Working with private and public entities, Horizon was able to secure a site with interstate frontage that had great visibility. The project was constructed in 131 days and was open in time for the Thanksgiving and Christmas shopping season.
