Project Description:

Parmenter Circle Apartments are located at the terminus of a high profile retail street in the center of Middleton. The developer of this project, Nakoma Development, came exclusively to Horizon due to our expertise with multifamily construction and our familiarity with his financing program. We were able to maximize the use of his capital to provide an award winning project. This project was fully leased 14 months ahead of schedule.
