Project Description:

Completed in December of 2009, the building for United Methodist Children’s Services is a mixed-use expansion on an existing apartment building located in downtown Milwaukee. Built as a joint venture with a Minority Business Enterprise partner, the building features 24 transitional living program apartments design to enable low-income, single parent families to become economically self-sufficient. On the ground floor, the building features a state licensed childcare center, Transitional Living Program offices and the largest emergency food and clothing distribution center in Milwaukee County based on population served.
