Hawthorn Apartments is made up of 241 luxury studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. The community features an 8,000sf clubhouse complete with 1,500sf fitness center and yoga studio and a resort-style pool. Apartments feature high-end finishes such as quartz countertops, European-style cabinetry with soft close doors, luxury flooring, designer lighting, and smart wi-fi thermostats. Each apartment has a patio or balcony; select apartments have direct access garages. The project began in 2019 and is set to be completed in 2021. Horizon is the general contractor.
