Alta Mira II - February 2010

Construction of Alta Mira II, affordable senior apartments for those 55 and better, is going right on schedule with plans to open the doors to our first residents by August 2010. Alta Mira II at North Hills will have 57 spacious and comfortable one-and-two bedroom apartments of various styles to choose from. Each of the apartments will have either a private balcony or a patio. A washer and dryer or washer/dryer hookups are also included, depending upon the apartment you select. Also included for your use at no extra cost is a beautiful community room with a fireplace and a full kitchen, coined laundry facilities, exercise room, high speed internet service and complimentary heated parking for one vehicle. A beauty parlor will be on site for you to enjoy those services without having to ever leave the building.

Applewood III - May 2010

May 1st was an exciting day for the first four residents moving in to the newly completed Applewood III at 3225 Pennsylvania Avenue in Dubuque.

Applewood III will welcome many more residents throughout May and the majority of our residents will be welcomed “home” by mid-July. The remaining apartments are all reserved with tentative move-in dates of late summer/early fall, and our waiting list already growing for future leasing availability.

The grand opening celebration will take place in mid-June; and our friends and supporters in the tri-state area anxiously await the chance to tour the newest Applewood addition. The interest and feedback has been tremendous, and we look forward to proudly showing off these beautiful senior apartments homes.
