June 2009 Construction of Uptown Commons in Chilton, WI continues to move forward and we continue to be on schedule to open August 1, 2009.Horizon is pleased to announce that we have hired Brandon Froom as our Leasing Consultant for Uptown Commons. Brandon is responsible for leasing the remaining available apartments as well as conducting lease signings or just to answer questions you may have. Brandon is located in our Chilton office which is located directly across from Uptown Commons at 46 Main Street. You can also reach Brandon by phone at 920-849-4477. Horizon is also please to announce that we have hired Mark & Arleen Gebhart as our Resident Manager’s for Uptown Commons. Mark & Arleen will be starting with us as of July 15, 2009. They will be working closely with Brandon as he continues to lease the building and get our new residents moved in. We do have apartments available.
