How do you know whether a project will succeed?
Horizon studies the feasibility of a project before proceeding. We conduct market tests and ensure the product is right for the market.

How does Horizon define excellent service?
At Horizon, we treat your project as if it were our own. We guide you and help you make informed decisions that are in your best interests.

Do you believe enough in a project that you invest in it?
We invest in many of our client's projects. We believe that if we do our job right the project will work for all of us. We believe in our work that strongly.

How do I know you're not "overbuilding?"
We manage much of what we build and develop. That means we look at the total project cost with the goal of profitable management in mind. Few companies have the expertise to do this. In many of our projects we guarantee the performance over a number of years, and that trains us to be very focused on total project behavior over an extremely long period.

How will my staff learn how to operate the building once it is complete?
We provide complete training on all systems and equipment once the project is complete. We videotape these training sessions so that you can show it to future staff members in years to come. We also return when the warranty period is up, to ensure that you still understand how your building and systems work.
