While we take total responsibility for time, quality, and budget on the project, we also assure you the most aggressive pricing by bidding our projects to hundreds of trade subcontractors. All bids we receive - and all of the financial accounting throughout the project - are handled on an open book basis. From start to finish you will know where every dollar is spent.

How do I know you will be a good partner in the long run?
Before we ever take one dollar from you or the project, we'll have literally spent thousands of dollars of our own money getting to know the specifics of the project and your likes and dislikes. We have many partners and all have been successful.

How can you guarantee that a project will be successful?
No one can predict the future. But we can tell you that we have successfully built and managed 3,000,000 square feet of residential and commercial property.
