The 280 apartments at Springs at Apple Valley will have many finishes that include carpeted bedrooms, wood-look flooring in the kitchen, living room and bathrooms, black appliances, washers and dryers, curved shower rods and 2" faux wood blinds. Every apartment is at ground-level, with a private entry and will have private balconies or patios. This project features both attached and detached garages.
This community will have a clubhouse, resort-style pool, fitness center, dog park, pet spa area and car-care area.
