Springs at South Elgin

This project consists of 31 acres of site development including infrastructure, detentions basins and landscaping. We are partnered with Continental Properties with a budget of 38.8 million and completion date of December, 2018. The property will consist of fifteen, 2-story, 20 unit buildings totaling 300 units. In addition, it has one clubhouse, one maintenance building, pool and pool house with detached garages. Wood framed buildings with cement board siding, brick veneer and asphalt shingle roof system. While construction is going on there will be tenants living in completed units.
