Part of the Cannery Square Redevelopment, Angell Park Senior Housing features 61 apartment homes. This urban infill site is a great example of a public/private partnership between the City of Sun Prairie, WHEDA and Horizon. This project was financed with the use of Section 42 tax credits and provides housing at a range of affordability. In addition, a portion of the units were designed and equipped with special features for residents that are deaf or hard of hearing. Features include: TTY and closed circuit TV at the entrance, assisted audio amplifying system in the common areas, lighted switches and building safety systems in the units along with management systems that support this population.
