Two of Horizon’s Madison-based clients were interested in expanding their businesses to the Milwaukee area. Horizon assisted with project development services, starting at the very beginning with client interviews on desired location, market research, site selection, design and entitlement, and project financing. Horizon assisted in providing a high visibility location in a very favorable market for the client’s new business location. Horizon’s integrated design-build approach allowed the client to make informed decisions regarding budget and schedule at various stages during design. In total the building provides 16,500 square feet of high end showroom space with upper level offices and mezzanine area for additional product display and visibility along adjacent Interstate 94. Spaces were structured and financed as condominiums within the facility and Horizon managed all build-out work for each end user. The project was delivered on time and on budget.
