Developer Royal Capital Group has opened Harmony @Grandview Commons, a 94-unit affordable housing property in Madison, Wis. Funded through a public-private partnership that includes $11 million from the Wisconsin Housing & Economic Development Authority and $5.4 million from UnitedHealthcare, the new development is dedicated to working families in the region.
This Madison-based group of companies specializes in integrated development, construction and property management services.

Harmony at Grandiew Commons at 116 Milky Way on the city’s east side features 94-ready to move in apartments.
The housing community was made possible from donations made by WHEDA and UnitedHealthcare. The property features amenities like many apartment communities; a fitness center, a playground for kids and a community clubhouse.
Horizon Development Group explained what it would like to develop at 4719 Farwell St. during an open house Monday. Several residents, including elected and appointed officials, attended the event, which was rescheduled from Feb. 24.
Residents from the area surrounding a potential multifamily residential development showed no clear opposition to the project during a neighborhood meeting Tuesday.
About 30 people braved bone-chilling weather to attend the meeting at Sneakers Sports Bar and Grill, where the guest list was limited to residents near the vacant baseball fields on Woodman Road just west of the intersection of Mount Zion and Milton avenues. Those in attendance displayed no obvious NIMBYism that can sometimes plague such proposals.
Friday, September 7, marked the official opening and ribbon cutting of the newly finished Stonebridge Housing Complex at 307 W. Main St. Over 40 were in attendance for Friday morning’s ribbon cutting ceremony, including State Senator Tom Tiffany, Rep. Mary Felzkowski, Merrill chamber ambassadors and representatives from Madison-based Horizon Development and Construction, the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA).

The Merrill Housing Authority and developers held a grand opening Friday for Stonebridge apartments, 307 W. Main St. The 38-unit building is part of a $16 million effort to revamp affordable housing in Merrill.
MERRILL - Finding the right apartment can be hard.
Many times, it's either too expensive or too run-down.
The city of Merrill decided to change that with a new project which will expand housing options in the area. The project began in 2015. It's the first phase of a $16 million three-phase housing project.
The Stonebridge Apartment ribbon-cutting ceremony was held Friday. The public could come see the apartments themselves.
MERRILL - The third-floor light switches work. So do the air conditioners. And the appliances are brand-new, just as Howard Othmer expected.
"I feel confident walking away from this building when it's done," Othmer said. "Very, very well built."
Tuesday morning, the Horizon Construction Group general superintendent walked through Merrill's newest low-income housing project, which rises three stories above Main Street along the banks of the Prairie River.
ELM GROVE — A 75-unit senior apartment complex being proposed by Horizon Development Group Inc. for the village.
The project, known as Elm Grove Heights, would be located at 13040 W. Bluemound Road near the intersection of Elm Grove and Bluemound roads.
Elm Grove Heights would be a four-story apartment building with a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments for seniors who are looking to live independently, said Phillip Schultz, managing partner of Horizon Development Group.
